At MediaDrive AI, we are committed to providing high-quality services and digital deliverables. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized solutions, most purchases and services are non-refundable once work has begun or digital materials have been delivered.

Please review the terms below.

1. Services and Consulting

Payments made for:

  • consulting

  • strategy sessions

  • visibility audits

  • setup or implementation work

  • AI system development

  • content creation

  • digital marketing services

are non-refundable once work has started.

This is due to the time, expertise, and resources allocated immediately upon engagement.

2. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, including:

  • templates

  • guides

  • ebooks

  • digital courses

  • downloadable files

  • AI prompts or systems

are non-refundable after delivery, as they cannot be returned.

3. Monthly Plans, Subscriptions, and Retainers

For ongoing services billed monthly:

  • payments already made are non-refundable

  • cancellations will stop future billing

  • services will continue through the end of the paid period

No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Scheduling and Missed Appointments

If a scheduled call or session is missed without prior notice, it may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • no work has begun

  • no digital materials have been delivered

  • a duplicate payment occurred

  • a billing error occurred

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

All services and digital products are provided “as is” and results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on client implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • suspension of services

  • termination of access

  • legal collection efforts

We strongly encourage direct communication before disputing a payment.
